Fees For Our Work
Conveyances are to on a pre-arranged fixed fee basis ranging from £500.00 (for example, a straightforward residential sale) to £1,500.00 (for example, a complicated commercial lease). VAT will also be charged at the current prevailing rate of 20%.
Disbursements
A quotation in respect of likely disbursements (i.e. expenses associated with your property transaction) will be given at the beginning the matter as they depend on the type of transaction we are handling for you and the value of property. In most types of property transactions, there will be fees for title searches and HM Land Registry fees.
Other Fees
Purchases of Leasehold Residential Properties will include: Notice of Transfer fee; Notice of Charge fee (if the property is to be mortgaged); Deed of Covenant fee (this fee is provided by the management company for the property and can be difficult to estimate); Certificate of Compliance fee.
