Obtaining a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration and administering an estate can be a daunting one when you have just lost a loved one. We endeavour to deal with an estate in an efficient and sensitive manner.
The Process
The time it takes to administer an estate is dependent upon the value and types of assets involved. Essentially, there are number of steps that are taken in order to deal with an estate: valuations of all assets, consideration of inheritance tax issues; the swearing of an oath; collect in and handle the monies and property accordingly, then finalise the accounts.
