John Brodie
John qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 and has specialised in commercial and insurance litigation since qualification.
In the commercial litigation field John has extensive knowledge of all aspects of commercial disputes including building litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and franchise claims.
His insurance litigation experience covers insurance contract law, road traffic claims, employers liability claims, public liability claims and legal costs. John has extensive experience of professional indemnity claims, particularly those involving architects and surveyors. He have also acted in reported cases involving the interpretation of JCT contract clauses in the construction industry.
