Any hope Lance Armstrong had of a quiet life after the US Attorney’s federal investigation into him was dropped, looks to have been scuppered for the foreseeable future. USADA have given Lance Armstrong, Dr Michele Ferrari and Johan Bruneel amongst others notice that formal action is to be taken against them for alleged violations of anti-doping rules.
