Accidents At Work
Employers have a duty to ensure that you work in a safe environment. They must also train you and provide the correct tools or protective equipment to enable you to do your job safely, without the risk of any harm.
The Process
A claim is submitted through the Ministry of Justice Claims Portal to your employers insurance company. Whilst the insurance are making their enquiries, we will obtain evidence in relation to your injuries and how the accident has affected you financially. We shall then negotiate a fair level of compensation or go to Court.
